 Hello my name is Kenneth Warren and I am currently working in Kuwait. I took a regular track Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA), on a one-to-one basis at the Goa office of Koenig Solutions in May 2008.
I found out about Koenig Solutions by doing research thru the internet and I chose them over a variety of other training schools mostly due to the excellent location. The low cost of the training was also a motivating force behind my decision. The communication prior to departure was also excellent. Customizing the courses and exam scheduling to fit my requirements was their top concern, as well as answering all of my questions via email.
Everything was organized very well for my trip to Goa. Koenig arranged transportation from the airport and took me directly to my hotel. The driver was prompt and provided me with an information packet that contained 1000 Rupees (Rs), which was very helpful. It kept me from having to worry about finding a place to exchange money as soon as I arrived as some local ATMs did not accept my card. Some areas also don’t have an ATM or bank nearby, making the money doubly useful on arrival. Koenig gives an excellent exchange rate on the money as well.
 My trainer was exceptional! He was extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the training and allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the material due to his practical knowledge of Cisco equipment. He was able to present things in a way that I understood and I do not believe I would have been as successful without his assistance.
During my trip, I stayed at the Hotel Fidalgo which is very clean, well organized, and has an excellent selection of restaurants downstairs. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful, as well as speaking excellent English. I would highly recommend it for your stay in Goa.
I would like to thank all of the staff at the Goa location for making my trip so enjoyable and successful. They are exceptionally polite and immediately tried to resolve any problems I encountered during my stay. |
