The Koenig experience did not just begin upon my arrival in India. It started way before I even touched down at the Indira Gandhi International airport. I don't think I have ever had dealings with a company more organised. The entire process of booking my course was smooth and effortless despite time differences between UK and India.

And let me say, Koenig does offer good value for money. Everything was taken care of - visa application support, pick-up from the airport accommodation, meals and travel to and from the training centre.

Getting to the training centre, it was good to see Koenig staff who were friendly and did everything to make sure I had what I needed to get settled and crack on with what I came for...TRAINING. Almost forgot that :-)

I opted for a customized super fast track in Sun Solaris System Administration and Solaris Network Administration. I was advised that, based on my knowledge level assessment, I should go for regular track on one of the courses but due to my time constraints with work commitments and all, I just had to make my time work for me as best as possible. My trainer was a calm, cool headed man with vast experience of the Solaris environment [plus a good sense of humour that always helps...] and was dedicated to ensure that I gained the knowledge and pass the exam.

He customized the pace of the courses to meet my needs at the same time taking advantage of what I already know and was always at hand to answer questions, no matter how silly!

Further he ensured I followed the correct procedures in the practicals and set levels of expectations for what my role will demand once I qualify.

I really cannot thank him, and Koenig as a whole, enough for making this training experience as fulfilling personally and professionally. I will most definitely go back and/or recommend Koenig to colleagues interested updating their IT qualifications.
