This was actually the second time I followed courses at Koenig. The first time I went to Koenig a few years ago, it was on my own initiative. This time I went to Koenig because my employer sent me. I just started with a new job at an IT company in the Netherlands. My new employer wanted me to qualify for certain certifications and offered me to follow some courses in order to achieve this goal. I could have taken the courses in the Netherlands where I live, but some of my new colleagues had been to India to follow courses at the Koenig institute. Because of their good experiences with Koenig and because I already had been to Koenig before my managers offered me the option to follow courses at Koenig in order to get certified. I did not have to think long about that. Because of my previous experience I decided that attending a boot camp in India was the quickest way to gain important knowledge and achieve my certification goals. So I went to Koenig for the second time. I choose Delhi as the location for my studies.

At arrival I was picked up at the airport by a driver of Koenig. He brought me to my hotel. The hotel belonged to Koenig and was called the Koenig Inn. The hotel was basic, it did not have any luxuries like a swimming pool or a fitness centre, but it had all the facilities needed to study and the personnel was friendly and polite. Furthermore because there were only other students residing in the hotel, the environment stimulated you to focus on your studies. There were also very lively discussions between the students during dinner time. The students came from all parts of the world. I met students from Iraq, the UK, South-Africa, Canada, Bahrain, Afghanistan, Belgium, Austria and  Brazil during the time I was there. The international character of the Koenig Institute was one of the most interesting aspects of studying at Koenig.

 I went to Koenig to follow courses in the .Net Framework and in ASP.Net. I had a different teacher for each course. The teachers professionally covered all the material needed to  pass the exam. They did not only want you to pass the test, but they also wanted you to be able to apply the knowledge you gained. Their lectures helped me to pass the exams. They also helped me with other things, like telling me which places were nice to visit in Delhi. My ancestors came from India, so it was nice that I was able to visit a city like Delhi.

A Koenig driver brought me to the airport on my last day in India, the same way I was picked up from the airport the first day. The service that is provided is excellent and that is really important if you are far away from home.
