My training experience at Koenig Solutions was a very positive one. I attended the four week Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) program at Koenig's Shimla location during the summer of 2009. The regular track program allowed my instructor time to fully cover the material in the RH033, RH133 and RH253 courses. It also allowed the instructor time to supervise my test practice at the end of the course. I passed my exam with a high score on the first try, RHCE 805009235541415. I had fairly limited working experience with Linux prior to enrolling in the course so if you are interested in results I think the training at Koenig is a good choice.
The small class sizes usually found at Koenig allows the instructor to appropriately pace the speed of the class and spend extra time on topics that I found most difficult to understand.
My instructor truly knew the subject material being covered. Koenig not only offers a price far below what a similar program would cost in the U.S. or Europe but I actually found the instruction in many ways to be better. I did not find any company in the U.S. offering a full four week program like Koenig's and certainly not with the small class sizes. Koenig's training program made the style of the instruction much more personal which along with the competence of the instructor greatly enhanced my learning experience.
I have attended many training classes in the U.S., worked at several fortune 500 companies and been in the industry for over 10 years. If you want to focus on a tough exam or learn a topic that is new to you I would recommend Koenig Solutions.
